A Fun Look Back At My Year

Here’s a fun little look at Rebekah Read Creative’s year:

+ I partnered with seven clients on full strategy, brand, and/or web design

I designed a Showit website/ ecommerce brand for a jewelry store, a Squarespace website for a builder, a Showit website for a copywriter/ course creator, and Squarespace sites for a real estate office, church, volleyball recruiting agency, and hydroseeding company! Quite the gambit of small businesses!

+ I continued with my favorite service – my design intensive – and worked with nine clients for website in a day or sales page in 2 days

Website in a day will forever be one of the best things to come out of the 2020 pandemic pivot! This year I created websites for a counselor, food blogger, neuro-based movement therapist, a home care company, lifestyle and wellness coach, online business manager agency/ speaker, a nonprofit, and a birth doula/ course creator. A copywriter took advantage of my sales page in a day service!

+ I launched Squarespace With Confidence to teach entrepreneurs how to DIY their website with strategy

In 2020 I launched a Squarespace SEO course (which has had 29 people go through) and this year I had 7 members take my DIY Squarespace course!

+ I took a 3 month maternity leave

I also had a pretty minor life event happen (ahem Hi Eliza Grace) that brought me the most joy in the World. I prepped my business for a 3 month maternity leave and have been soaking up baby cuddles since! (Here’s a helpful blog post/ YouTube video about how I prepared for Sabbatical as an entrepreneur).

Thank you for supporting my business. Obviously there is a real human behind the brand and I am so thankful you have come along on my entrepreneur journey.

2020 was a year of pivoting for many of us. 2021 was a year of busyness as we tried to navigate our new norm. 2022 will be… well we will see! Hopefully a year of traveling, new adventures, and maybe a bit a rhythm. Can I get an Amen? SEE Y’ALL IN 2022!

2021 Book List

Back in 2019 I made it a goal to read 2 books a month and I have been pretty consistent since! I try to mix it up between personal growth, business, and fun books. Check out my book list from 2020 and 2021 below as well as what I ranked them as!

Curious what I read in 2022?
