How to Connect Flodesk + ThriveCart (Step-by-Step Setup)

No Zapier required — it’s all native!

Step 1: Log Into ThriveCart/ Connect Flodesk

*note, you will need a ThriveCart Pro+ Account.

Head to your Settings → Integrations → Flodesk (and connect it to your account)

This is huge. Just a few years ago, we had to hack this with third-party apps. Now it’s smooth and simple.

Step 2: Choose Which Product You Want to Sync

Inside ThriveCart:

  • Open the product
  • Go to Automations (and set up rules based on customer behavior)
  • Scroll to Email Notifications + Integrations
  • Choose Flodesk from the dropdown

Step 3: Add Buyers to the Right Flodesk Segment

You’ll see all your Flodesk segments appear like magic.

This is where you can:

  • Add buyers to a “Product Purchased” segment
  • Add upsell buyers to a special segment
  • Add membership subscribers to a private segment
  • Add newsletter subscribers to a “freebie” segment
